In the midst of this media induced madness...
I encourage all able bodied people
to get outside
find a park or a hiking trail
Enjoy nature
It is beautiful no matter what the season
By doing this you will get some exercise
Get some fresh air in your lungs...
and find a bit of peace!
Turn off the TV news
Listen to some music
Talk with a friend
Love your neighbors
