Baby swans part Two

The long awaited baby swans are here

Out of 8 eggs it seems only three have hatched

It is so amazing to see this wonder of nature so close

Baby ducks too!

 There are a couple other nests nearby
and more baby swans to see

Baby Swans Turtles geese and riverrats oh my

 Getting out in  nature was a fun adventure today

Thank you to the kind people who stop and say and lighten my day

Shades of Grey

 It's a chilly day 
The sun is peeking out
but north winds are blowing.

Still I wanted to go check on my duck friends
They stay close to shore and look for a break from the wind
The mother swans are still covering their nests,
keeping eggs warm and safe...

So on this grey day I decided it was a good time 
for some greyscale imperfect nature images
