Acme sunset

 I went to the Acme park this evening to watch the sunset

The sky was hazy and it was a good night for watchingnot a great sunset for pictures

It was nice to meet Ashley who was enjoying the peaceful time with a book.  I hope that you and your husband  and the in-laws enjoy Alaska!

Down by the river

As I sat in my lawn chair

The ducks came up to the edge to say  hi

 Wish you were there

Imperfect Nature

 Nature isn't perfect

It rarely looks like the photos in magazines

Not unlike me, it has its quirks and imperfections

In this, lies the beauty of nature that I seek
